Day 9 of Gratitude Month ❤

Feeling extra grateful tonight. Dinner with our parents - Mom and Joe made gumbo, Cajun style from their Louisiana days. Before long we were deep in a discussion about the difference between Cajun and Creole spices (who knew?). The food was amazing, but honestly, it was the company that made it special.

I read a sign recently that said, “These are the good old days.” I felt that to my core tonight. So grateful for these moments, these meals, and these people.
