Gratitude Month, Day 4 🍂

Today I’m grateful for the University of Dayton Center for Leadership and the incredible team I get to work with: April Mescher, Mary Bogart, Jennifer Cadieux, Dave Evans, Amy Hill, Kelsey O’Rourke, Chelsea Rooney, Kim Schenck, and Katie Sullivan.

I love leading sessions through the Center, but Big Rocks of Life is my absolute favorite. It’s a topic I developed and a passion of mine - helping people think about what matters most and make room for it in their lives.

This group of smart, energetic, and engaged women made it such a great day. I loved our conversations, the ideas we shared, and the connections we made.

I’m grateful for work that means so much to me and for the people I get to share it with. ❤️
