Today Iām feeling especially grateful for my students at the University of Dayton School of Business Administration. Every day, I get to work with bright, curious, and kind people who remind me why I love what I do. Their energy, creativity, and willingness to learn keep me inspired.
When I made the leap from industry to academia, I hoped it would be meaningful, but I never imagined how deeply rewarding it would be. The connections I've built with current and former students are some of the best parts of my career. Watching them grow into confident marketers and business professionals, cheering them on as they land their first jobs or chase big goals has been such a joy.
Iām so proud of each one of them and honored to play even a small part in their journey.
